🌟 Terms Of Service 🌟
Last updated on October 14, 2026!- Do not feed my art to AI + please credit me when using my art. This applies to all my works and not just my commissions!- I’m 100% okay with my clients turning their commissioned art into merch like keychains/badges/photocards for personal use only!! If you are commissioning me to resell my art as merch or promotion for anything, there will be a 100% commercial fee.- I have the right to decline a commission, for any reason.- No refunds please!- I take payment through my mom’s PayPal or my mom’s GCash. (For local clients, GCash is much preferred if possible huhu)- My responses may be late (especially if our timezones differ - just in case, mine is GMT+8) but I promise I will do my best to never leave you hanging!! I always respond as soon as I can.- If possible, please kindly send your references when you request a commission so I can determine if I can fulfill your request or not before I accept it!- You can pay after I tell you I’m available and ready to work!- After the commission is accepted, you can ask for updates and let me know if anything needs to be changed. Max waiting time would be 2-3 weeks! Please be patient with me; I am still a student and I have schoolwork to finish.- I normally don’t rush comms, but if needed, I will of course try my best.- For chibi type comms, if a design is complicated (like a lot of Hoyoverse characters…!) it will be simplified. For bust-up comms, I will charge more for them depending on how detailed they are.- If you have not yet paid and have been unresponsive for more than 2 weeks after I’ve told you that I’m ready to work, I will consider the commission request cancelled.💧 Things I struggle with drawing… (I’ll still try my best!)
